    1. Validating OSA Prevalence Data: A closer look at the occurrence of Obstructive Sleep Apnea among Afib patients referred for Ablation procedures.
    2. Improving Afib Recurrence Rates: An analysis of preliminary data indicating a significant reduction in Afib recurrence post-ablation, following the diagnosis and treatment of OSA.
    3. In-Depth Case Study: A patient case, to present the patient journey within the sleep apnea screening and management pathway integrated in an AF outpatient clinic.
    4. OSA Diagnosis and Treatment Metrics: A detailed examination of the time frame for diagnosing and treating OSA in Afib patients referred for Ablation, highlighting potential areas for process enhancement in comparison to current standard practices.

    Cardiologist at Hart+Vaat Centrum/Maastricht UMC+ since May 2019. With a PhD obtained in 2013, he brings extensive experience from Germany and Australia. Now a professor at University Maastricht, he is also spearheading research projects at University of Copenhagen, breaking new ground in translational research across borders.
